Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to understand and evaluate business assumptions and financial models.
• Proficiency with Excel or comparable financial modeling tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end development of business proformas for new programs, service expansions, acquisitions, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives.
• Support the establishment of project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities for each pro forma.
• Ensure timely completion of all required analyses and supporting documentation.
• Incorporate market data, competitive information, organizational capacity, regulatory considerations, and operational requirements into pro forma development.
• Coordinate the development of financial assumptions, including census and volume projections, revenue and reimbursement assumptions, staffing models and personnel costs, facility and occupancy costs, start-up and capital expenses, operating expenses, margin and profitability projections.
• Partner with Finance to validate assumptions and ensure financial models accurately reflect operational plans.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and potential gaps.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of changes in census, reimbursement, staffing, expenses, and other key assumptions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research for assigned projections.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Clinical, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Admissions, Business Development, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations outlining financial results, key assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Support leadership decision-making by clearly communicating the financial and operational implications of proposed initiatives.
