Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking and/or buyout private equity, ideally with LevFin or Restructuring and industrials coverage.
• Exceptional financial modeling ability: build detailed, sound models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of debt financing structures, capital structure, and credit.
• Real business judgment with an operational tilt and factory/program economics insight.
• Communication skills to present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial models behind Anduril's financings, strategic transactions, and major investment decisions end-to-end.
• Drive the analytical workstream on live transactions from framing through close; test terms and prepare diligence materials.
• Build operating models linking the business to financial outcomes and translate for banks and investors.
• Create frameworks for capital allocation across new facilities, capacity expansion, and non-routine commitments.
• Source data directly from supply chain, manufacturing, contracts, and programs; reconcile inputs and defend numbers.
