Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive renewal forecasting, budgeting and analytics within the Customer Success organization. You will turn renewal, customer, and financial data into budgets, forecasts, and insights that leaders use to plan and act.

You will partner with Renewal Management, Data Science, Operations and Finance to govern metrics, identify risks, opportunities and accelerate AI-powered analysis across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A or revenue-ops partnering with go-to-market teams.
• Proven SaaS/enterprise software metrics experience (renewals, ARR).
• Strong financial acumen with statements, data, modeling and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual and multi-year financial planning and budgeting across renewal metrics.
• Lead renewal forecasting analyses using customer data; present executive narratives.
• Develop governance for renewal metrics; align with product pricing and contracts.
• Deliver monthly renewal analytics; surface trends and actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Science, GTM, and Operations to strengthen company forecasting.
