Genesys is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead renewal management analytics and forecasting within the Customer Success organization. You will turn renewal and customer data into budgets, forecasts, and insights for executives.

Responsibilities include annual planning, renewal analytics, governance of metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize retention and ARR. AI-driven tools will enhance forecast accuracy and reporting across the P&L.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A or related roles supporting go-to-market leadership.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software metrics including renewals, retention and ARR.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling capabilities; ability to translate data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual and multi-year financial planning and budgeting for renewals and retention.
• Lead renewal forecasting analyses and present executive narratives on forecast changes.
• Develop governance for renewal metrics and scalable decision-making.
• Collaborate with Renewal Management to evaluate product and pricing changes across contracts.
• Deliver monthly renewal analytics highlighting trends and actionable insights.
• Produce strategic analyses linking customer data to retention and revenue priorities.
• Support company-wide forecast accuracy and cash flow analyses using AI tools.
