• Maintain patient billing system to ensure proper billing to self-pay, Medicare, Medicaid, IHS and private insurance.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and monitor reconciliation of accounts.
• Review, approve and forecast expenditures; coordinate contracts with outside service providers.
• Maintain personnel management functions and procedures; act as purchasing agent.
• Oversee capital assets inventory to ensure compliance with federal and state rules.
