Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and insights to develop the business unit strategy.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to Business Directors and Segment leadership with sound financial counsel.
• Monthly financial analysis and ad hoc performance reviews.
• Influence profitability, margin performance, cost management, working capital, and performance improvement through fact-based analysis and forward-looking recommendations.
• Annual budget and LRP preparation.
• Monthly forecasting and planning of income statement, balance sheet and cash flows.
• Ensure accounting of business results are compliant to LYB accounting policies.
• Work with the business to identify and measure KPI’s.
• Business unit working capital management, reporting, forecasting and analysis.
