Job summary
LyondellBasell, a leader in the chemical industry, seeks a senior financial planning and analysis professional to own budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for the Polyethylene business in the NA segment. You will consolidate budgets, translate results into business insights and serve as a strategic partner to leadership.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in financial planning, analysis, or related roles
- Experience in multi-entity global environment is preferred
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, BPC or OneStream is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Polyethylene within the segment
- Consolidate financial results and translate into actionable insights for leadership
- Partner with business directors to drive profitability and cost management
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making
- Ensure compliance with LYB accounting policies and internal controls
