The role focuses on delivering consolidated financial views, advanced forecasting, and data-driven insights to support executive decision-making, governance initiatives, and strategic projects across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• CPA/CFA/MBA preferred.
• Experience in chemical or manufacturing industry preferred.
• ERP experience with SAP, OneStream, HFM, BPC.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the LRP and performance plan processes, consolidating corporate financial views.
• Prepare in-depth financial/economic analyses and board-ready materials.
• Develop enterprise driver model to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve FP&A processes and OneStream governance.
• Support corporate transformation initiatives and standardized reporting.
