Job summary

Safelite is seeking a senior FP&A professional to provide critical financial support to the CCX consumer-facing functions in Columbus. You will lead P&L budgeting and forecasting, analyze paid media spend, and develop actionable insights with Marketing and Analytics to influence executive decisions.

Ideal candidates have a finance/accounting background, 7–9 years of FP&A or accounting experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate accounting.
• Background in marketing or digital analytics preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L budgeting/forecasting.
• Analyze CCX initiatives including paid media spend and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to gather data and insights.
• Communicate financial analysis results to senior management.
