Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a finance leader to drive P&L budgeting and forecasting for the CCX consumer-facing functions. You will lead financial analyses of paid media initiatives, build tools, and report on channel performance, partnering with Marketing and Analytics to uncover actionable insights.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint, advanced BI tool experience, and the ability to present executive-level materials. A collaborative, cross-functional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate accounting.
• Background in marketing or digital analytics preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; strong business judgment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• P&L Management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze CCX initiatives, including paid media spend and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to gather data and insights.
• Translate financial results into executive-ready recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure policy compliance.
