Job summary

Safelite in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will work closely with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive better decision-making across the organization.

The role requires strong analytics, Tableau experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff while communicating effectively with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 4+ years of experience relevant experience required.
• Experience with data visualization tool Tableau, ability to create dashboards, visualizations and reporting preferred.
• Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with a management team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track KPIs, and identify trends and opportunities.
• Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision‑making.
• Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other finance teams.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.
• Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Mentor more junior team members.
