Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic decisions and financial performance.

You will build models, track KPIs, provide timely reports, mentor junior staff, and present data-driven insights to senior management. Requires a Bachelor's in finance or related field and 4+ years of experience; Tableau experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Tableau preferred for dashboards and reporting.
• Superior analytical skills with business judgment and ability to present to management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and identify trends.
• Interpret and communicate analysis results to senior management.
