Job summary

Safelite is seeking a senior financial analyst to provide critical support to the Commercial & Customer Experience (CCX) functions, focusing on P&L budgeting/forecasting, paid media planning and reporting, and key marketing initiatives.

You will partner with AVP Finance and Marketing to identify insights, build new analytical tools, and prepare executive-level presentations. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate accounting.
• Background in marketing or digital analytics preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for CCX.
• Analyze CCX initiatives, paid media spend and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to gather data and insights.
• Identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate results to senior management and stakeholders.
