Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years in leading teams.
• Aerospace & Defense experience a plus.
• US Citizenship is a requirement due to government contracts.

Aufgaben

• Develop and coordinate financial statements and processes including annual budget and monthly close and forecast cycles including adherence to financial controls.
• Demonstrate bias for action leveraging business acumen and financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and provide accurate monthly financial reports with detailed variance analyses.
• Manage and track KPIs including revenue, cost of sales, indirect expenses, etc.
