Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant operating company, seeks a Program Manager in Chandler to own a broad portfolio of aerospace and defense programs and serve as the primary external customer-facing leader. You will drive execution, financial performance, bookings, and cross-functional recovery actions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Engineering to deliver on customer requirements, manage risks, and ensure program success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field of study is flexible; Business or Engineering preferred.
• Experience with aerospace/defense programs is valued.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for a broad portfolio of mature aerospace and defense programs; serve as primary external customer-facing representative.
• Manage multiple complex programs, balancing customer priorities, schedules, and financial objectives.
• Maintain frequent customer communication and lead recovery actions as needed.
• Oversee program financial performance, including ETC/EAC, forecasting, and margins with Finance support.
• Prepare program reviews and executive-level updates; drive cross-functional recovery actions.
