Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant Corporation company, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own multi‑program execution for aerospace and defense. You will lead external customer relationships, drive cross‑functional actions, and manage P&L with ETC/EAC awareness.

The role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with up to 25% travel, a Monday–Friday schedule, and flexibility for customer-driven timing. Prior ERP exposure and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; business or engineering preferred.
• Aerospace and defense experience preferred.
• Experience managing external customers and high‑visibility relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) preferred.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for a broad portfolio of programs and serve as the customer-facing representative.
• Manage multiple complex programs, balancing priorities, schedules, financials, risks, and constraints.
• Maintain frequent customer communication and lead recovery actions when needed.
• Make timely decisions and escalate issues to protect commitments.
• Own program financial performance, ETC/EAC, forecasting, margins, and corrective actions.
• Establish monthly bookings and forecasts; collaborate on proposals and approvals.
• Generate and release program work authorization documents.
• Translate VOC feedback into actions and growth opportunities.
• Prepare program reviews and executive updates; travel as required.
