Job summary

Homeaglow is seeking a Director of Finance to be a strategic partner and operational leader guiding financial decisions in a fast-growing marketplace. You will collaborate with the executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, strengthen unit economics, optimize resource allocation, and shape the company’s financial future.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A or related roles
• Ability to influence business strategy using data-driven analysis
• Strong understanding of unit economics, CAC, LTV, and subscription/marketplace models
• Experience building financial models to support strategic decisions and scenario planning
• Excellent communication skills translating complex finance concepts into actionable insights
• Previous leadership experience managing finance and/or accounting teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to influence growth strategy, pricing decisions, investments, and capital allocation
• Build sophisticated financial models to drive forward-looking decisions
• Lead Finance and Accounting functions with scalable processes and controls
• Own forecasting, planning, cash management, and strategic financial analysis
• Collaborate with executives to ensure finance has a seat at the table in decision-making
