Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, quarterly reforecast cadence, cash flow forecasting, and board reporting. You will partner with the Head of Strategic Finance and CFO to create a fast, rigorous, trusted process and a single source of truth for our numbers.

Day-to-day, you will maintain and improve models, prepare budget‑versus‑actuals and variance analyses, and lead ad hoc strategic analyses to help leaders make better decisions.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, ideally at a high-growth software company.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement and driver-based models, cohort analysis, and scenario work.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and unit economics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC payback, LTV to CAC, burn multiple, and Rule of 40.
• Fluency with data, including SQL and a modern data warehouse/BI stack (Snowflake, dbt, Looker/Omni).
• Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communication to translate complex analysis into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling, driver-based operating model and keep it decision-ready for planning conversations.
• Drive the quarterly reforecast cycle end-to-end with calendar, inputs, and outputs.
• Support headcount and workforce planning, aligning hiring with budget and strategy.
• Run monthly/quarterly operating rhythm—variance analysis and explanations beyond the numbers.
• Strengthen SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, magic number, burn multiple, and Rule of 40.
• Build a single source of truth with Accounting, RevOps, and Data teams; accelerate monthly close.
• Prepare board/investor materials with Head of Strategic Finance and CFO.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to inform leadership decisions across the company.
