Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions seeks a Finance Manager to join the Global Supply Chain Services unit. This role partners with executive leadership, performs forecasting, month-end close, and variance analysis, and coordinates across departments to implement new programs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of finance/accounting experience, deep knowledge of US GAAP/SOX, Oracle/ERP systems, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work setup with on-site office in Panorama Denver.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Requires 8+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience.
• Ability to present complex analysis with clarity, and must be able to work in a deadline driven environment.
• Must possess strong financial acumen and analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development.
• Requires a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes related to the business; knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and internal controls; strong systems knowledge such as Oracle, ERP Systems, and Business Objects.; and a solid background and experience in P&L management.
• Requires excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication and coordination with various different departments.
• Requires a high level of attention to detail when preparing results and reports.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task and also coordinate peers towards common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
• Requires the ability to think strategically, as well as tactically.
• Oracle - Hyperion - Advanced EXCEL - Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with executive management and business partners.
• Present to management regarding projects and leadership activities, which rely on analytical conclusions.
• Lead special projects related to: new processes, issues or changes in structure.
• Develop forward-looking forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare monthly reports on financials for distribution to the business.
• Oversee month-end close processes and related entries.
• Review costs monthly and update forecast based on results.
• Analyze revenue vs forecast and identify under- or over-performance.
• Build relationships across the business to understand drivers and needs.
• Develop and report operating metrics to show profitability of programs.
• Perform ad hoc reporting as needed.
• May require late night, weekend, or holiday coverage.
