Arrow Electronics in Centennial, CO is seeking a Financial Analyst (III) to join the Global Supply Chain finance team. You will support multiple groups with global financial reporting, data mining, simple modeling, and light forecasting for an annual spend of $1B+.

You will partner with Supply Chain leaders to manage P&Ls and budgets, perform variance analysis, prepare dashboards, and present complex data to C‑level stakeholders, driving actionable insights across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• 5+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience.
• Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes related to the business; knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and internal controls; solid background in P&L management; strong financial acumen and analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication and coordination with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain dashboards or reports that track project and financial targets for internal and external partners.
• Prepare detailed analysis and data models identifying main business drivers and trends for actionable decisions.
• Conduct in-depth account analysis and support period-end reconciliation efforts.
• Produce business unit reports with insights and conclusions on business trends.
• Present financial results to external partners and leaders monthly in a high-visibility role.
• Understand P&L and B/S elements and provide detailed data analysis to business unit leaders.
• Analyze balances impacting cash flow for partners.
• Collaborate across teams to identify and reduce inefficiencies.
• Assist in executive-level presentations and quarterly business reviews.
• Work on manager‑assigned projects with high analytical rigor.
