• Research GAAP issues escalated from staff and guide management.
• Perform due diligence for mergers/acquisitions and coordinate data exchange and testing.
• Execute merger-related accounting tasks to properly account for transactions.
• Lead special projects and assist cross-divisional reporting as needed.
• Supervise multiple teams and coordinate work priorities.
