Arrow, a leader in global supply chain services, seeks a Finance Manager to partner with executives, drive forecasting and budgeting, and lead month-end close across multiple departments. You will develop operating metrics, analyze margin and expenses, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP system proficiency, and excellent communication. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site days in Panorama Arrow Building, Denver.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Requires 8+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience.
• Ability to present complex analysis clearly in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong financial acumen with data mining and forecasting model development.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and internal controls; ERP systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication for briefs and cross-department coordination.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strategic and tactical thinking with strong finance partner skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with executive management and business partners.
• Present to management on special projects and leadership activities with analytical conclusions.
• Lead special projects involving new processes, issues or structure.
• Develop forward-looking forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare monthly expense summaries with action-oriented commentary.
• Lead month-end close activities and related analyses.
• Produce monthly financial reports for the business.
• Proactively review costs and input changes into forecasts.
• Analyze revenue vs forecast and identify over-/under-performance.
• Build relationships across the business to understand drivers and needs.
• Develop and report operating metrics to reflect profitability by program.
• Provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
• May require late night, weekend, or holiday coverage during close.
