You’ll partner with the Worldwide Specialist Connect GTM team to allocate investments, drive revenue and user growth, and collaborate with senior Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Finance leaders to build actionable financial plans and scalable models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key finance partner supporting the WWSO leaders providing financial support and business insights
• Identify and implement scalable finance processes
• Provide industry and segment analysis to develop go-to-market strategies
• Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions
• Lead development of financial models and analytical tools that aid in key decision making
• Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction
• Collect, analyze and present data-driven research that challenges status quo and champion change
• Perform ad-hoc analysis proactively and present findings to senior leadership
