Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years analyzing financial data to inform business strategy.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives for financial performance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance partner supporting the WWSO leaders with financial insights.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
• Provide industry and segment analysis to shape GTM strategies.
• Develop scalable business mechanisms for data-driven decisions.
• Develop financial models and analytical tools for key decisions.
• Establish business rhythms to track progress to goals and provide strategic insights.
• Collect and present data-driven research to challenge the status quo.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to senior leadership.
