Job summary

Reflection is a research lab aiming to make intelligent systems open and accessible for all. As Strategic Finance Manager, you will shape capital allocation, forecasting, and planning across GTM, compute, R&D, and corporate finance, connecting ground-level activity to rigorous financial thinking.

You will build models, assess opportunities, and guide resource trade-offs, working with sales, engineering, and leadership to drive growth while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Proven financial modeling skills; build auditable models from scratch.
• Experience with deal economics, revenue modeling, or commercial finance.
• Comfort with cost-side modeling: compute, headcount, and infrastructure costs.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models across deals, partnerships, product economics, cost structures, and investment decisions.
• Support the corporate financial model with bottoms-up inputs and adapt as business evolves.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, GTM, engineering, research, and finance leadership to translate activity into financial frameworks.
• Develop cost and investment models to inform resource planning and trade-off decisions.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities early, balancing growth with returns.
• Improve templates, assumptions libraries, and processes used across the team.
