Reflection is a research lab building open models to make intelligence accessible for all. The Strategic Finance Manager will create and refine financial models to guide capital allocation, forecasting, and growth planning across GTM, compute, R&D, and corporate finance.

You’ll collaborate across sales, engineering, research, and finance leadership, building bottoms-up inputs and robust frameworks to support decisions and strategic initiatives in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth technology company, management consulting, investment banking, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling skills – build clean, auditable models from scratch.
• Experience with deal economics, revenue modeling, or commercial finance at a tech company.
• Comfort with cost-side modeling: compute, headcount, infrastructure costs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, GTM, engineering, research, and finance leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Build financial models across deals, partnerships, product and channel economics, costs, and investment decisions.
• Support the corporate financial model with bottoms-up inputs as the business evolves.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business activity into financial frameworks.
• Develop cost and investment models to inform resource planning and tradeoff decisions.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and balance growth with returns.
