Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a senior finance professional to lead strategic FP&A engagements, develop complex financial models, and provide actionable insights for clients in the USA and Canada.

You will analyze financial data, prepare executive-ready materials, and oversee engagement teams. A strong background in valuation, M&A, and presentation of findings to senior stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field with 6–11 years of post-bachelor's experience in financial analysis.
• Master's degree with at least five years of related experience involving financial analysis.
• Advanced experience developing and explaining fully integrated three-statement financial models.
• Strong valuation skills using income and market approaches.
• Experience supporting strategic finance initiatives, transactions, or financial planning in consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environments.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance and FP&A engagements for clients.
• Develop and review complex three-statement financial models (operating, cash flow, valuation).
• Analyze financial data to assess performance, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Support M&A activities including deal analysis and financial modeling.
• Prepare client-ready analyses and materials for executives and boards.
• Coordinate engagement teams and guide junior staff.
• Apply technical knowledge to deliver high-quality client service and innovative financial solutions.
