Job summary

You will coordinate workstreams, mentor junior staff, and support mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure initiatives while ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client service. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in a consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environment.
• Advanced integrated financial models, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Strong valuation skills with income and market approaches.
• Experience supporting client-facing engagements or internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executes and reviews complex financial analyses and models for strategic finance, FP&A and transactions.
• Develops and reviews operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models for client planning and deals.
• Analyzes historical data to assess performance, growth opportunities and risks.
• Supports M&A, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives.
• Prepares client-ready analyses, schedules and presentation materials for executives.
• Coordinates engagement workstreams and guides junior team members.
• Uses analytical tools to deliver accurate, high-quality insights.
• Ensures consistent, high-quality client service and addresses issues promptly.
