Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor, Strategic Finance to lead advanced financial analyses across FP&A, strategic finance, and transaction engagements. You will build and review operating, cash flow, and valuation models while guiding engagement workstreams and junior team members.

You will work closely with engagement leaders to deliver high-quality insights and client-ready recommendations, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure initiatives with robust financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in related roles.
• Advanced experience with integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong valuation skills and client-facing or advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes and reviews complex financial analyses and models in strategic finance, FP&A, and transaction engagements.
• Develops cash flow, valuation, and deal models to support client decisions.
• Analyzes historical data to assess performance, growth opportunities, and risks.
• Supports M&A activities, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives.
• Prepares client-ready analyses and presentation materials for executives.
• Coordinates workstreams and provides guidance to junior team members.
• Uses analytical tools to deliver high-quality financial insights and ensure client service.
