Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–11 years of post-bachelor's experience in financial analysis.
• Master's degree with at least five years of related experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced experience developing and explaining fully integrated three-statement financial models.
• Strong valuation skills including income and market approaches.
• Experience supporting strategic finance initiatives, transactions, or financial planning in consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environments.
• 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic finance and FP&A consulting engagements for clients.
• Develops and reviews integrated financial models (three-statement) to support decisions.
• Analyzes historical data to assess performance and risks.
• Interprets data to develop insights and recommendations for client objectives.
• Supports M&A, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives.
