Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• Advanced experience developing integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong valuation skills using income and market approaches.
• Experience supporting client-facing engagements or internal stakeholders in consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Executes and reviews complex financial analyses and models for strategic finance, FP&A, and transaction-related engagements.
• Develops operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models to support decisions.
• Analyzes financial data to assess performance, growth opportunities, and risks.
• Supports mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence.
• Interprets financial, market, and industry data to support insights and recommendations aligned to client objectives.
• Prepares and reviews client-ready analyses, schedules, and presentation materials for management and executive audiences.
• Coordinates engagement workstreams, supports team execution, and provides guidance to junior team members.
• Utilizes analytical tools and technology to deliver efficient, accurate, and high-quality financial insights.
• Supports consistent, high-quality client service delivery by monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.
