Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for its Platform FP&A team. This role partners with Platform leadership, including the CTO, to own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and in-depth reviews.

You will guide resource allocation and cost optimization as Coinbase scales. You will deliver end-to-end forecasting, variance analyses, and data-driven insights, building models that quantify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or similar finance environment
• Track record managing large-scale OpEx budgets across multiple cost centers
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear financial analysis
• Advanced financial modeling skills with SQL and BI tools
• Experience using AI copilots and tools in daily workflows to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for your business partners
• Drive month-end close for your areas by performing variance analysis with Accounting
• Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data
• Partner with Platform leadership as a financial advisor, presenting analyses during reviews
• Build and maintain financial models quantifying risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs
