Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind Coinbase's dynamic revenue lines, including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products. You will build models and deliver analysis to help leadership understand what drives performance, where risks and opportunities lie, and where to focus next.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ops, Accounting, Treasury, IR and HR, leading the month-end close, variance

Qualifications

2–4 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
Advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
Track record of identifying financial trends or risks independently.

Responsibilities

Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis, reconciling actuals vs forecast monthly.
Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products (revenue forecasting and OpEx budget tracking).
Build and maintain driver-based financial models powering analysis across revenue and expense lines.
Investigate financial and operational data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Lead month-end close for coverage areas and perform detailed variance analysis with Accounting collaboration.
Present financial analysis during business reviews with clear recommendations.
