Job summary

AV is seeking a Finance Lead to drive strategic and operational financial planning for its product portfolio. The role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance leadership to evaluate profitability, manage budgets, analyze costs and guide business decisions across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in relevant disciplines with leadership experience.
• Experience with costing and pricing complex manufactured products.
• Knowledge of Government Cost accounting and FAR.
• Experience with ASC-606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Hyperion, ERP (Oracle EBS), ProPricer, and MS Project.
• Ability to advise subordinates and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly forecasting and variance reporting for hardware product lines.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
• Support audits and challenge EACs to protect margins.
• Oversee cost control and budgeting for programs.
• Collaborate with Cost Accounting on BOMs and cost analysis.
• Partner with Supply Chain on cost variances and resulting business impact.
• Advise on make-or-buy decisions and strategic opportunities.
