Job summary

SEI Corporation in the United States seeks a Business Manager II to own the financials for a group of business units, including P&L, budgets and forecasts, with strong financial analysis. You will partner with Corporate Accounting, Compliance and Internal Audit to enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include monthly closes, annual plans, forecasts, contract management, and supporting audits while maintaining SOX controls. Hybrid work with three days in office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• BA/BS in accounting or finance.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and filings.
• Experience with MS Office products and SEI systems.
• Wealth/investment management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, consulting and relationship skills.
• Excellent communication at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial analysis and long-term planning.
• Monthly close including accruals and reporting packages.
• Prepare annual financial plans and monthly forecasts.
• Vendor and client contract management, billing and fees.
• Support audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Partner with business teams to drive profitability and growth.
