SEI Investments Company is seeking a Business Manager to drive the financial management of a group of business units in Oaks, PA. You will oversee P&L, budgets, forecasts, and pricing analysis, partnering with Corporate Accounting, Compliance, and Internal Audit to support product lines and services.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, monthly closes, and SOX compliance, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• BA/BS degree in accounting or finance.
• Ability to read, understand and input to financial statements and public filings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics).
• Professional experience in wealth and investment management or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial analysis and long-term financial planning.
• Monthly close of corporate books including accruals, journal entries, asset reporting, and financial reporting packages.
• Prepare and maintain annual financial plans and monthly forecasts.
• Vendor and client contract management including billing and fee collection.
• Oversee overall expense planning and actual results.
• Support audit processes with Compliance, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
• Manage compensation processes for incentives and salaries.
• Partner with business teams to support profitability and growth.
• Communicate with clients and vendors and keep abreast of industry standards.
