Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant experience including 2–4 years in IB and/or PE plus 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a high‑growth tech/fintech company.
Elite financial modeling skills with executive‑ready outputs across revenue, margins, and valuation.
Strong commercial and strategic judgment to translate model outputs into business decisions.
Excellent executive communication for CFO/board materials and leadership reviews.
Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment with Product, BD, Accounting, Legal, Data, and Finance.
Experience supporting strategic partnerships, product monetization, or M&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead complex financial modeling for Circle’s strategic priorities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Own product‑level financial models for revenue, monetization, and unit economics.
Translate analysis into clear executive narratives for leadership reviews and board materials.
Develop frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Data to ensure model accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Use AI tools to accelerate data synthesis, scenario generation, and automation.
