Scale AI, Inc. is expanding its Finance team to drive data-driven, financially sound decisions. You will own workforce planning analysis, automate reporting, and partner with HR, Recruiting, and Analytics to deliver scalable insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance.
• Experience with financial forecasting tools Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan; bonus for hands-on during implementation.
• Demonstrated excellent project management, ability to manipulate large data sets, and identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to support short and long-term workforce planning decisions across Scale.
• Own tools like TeamOhana to automate reporting and headcount processes.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and Analytics to drive scalable analyses and KPIs.
• Manage development and administration of our financial forecasting system (Pigment).
• Collaborate with finance and accounting to improve month-end close and reporting processes.
• Enhance forecasting tools and reporting to reduce manual work and improve data integration.
• Support management, Board presentations, and key analytics requests.
• Help execute financial strategies to support Scale's growth objectives, including budgeting and planning.
