Job summary

Stagwell Global, LLC in New York City is seeking a Manager, FP&A to partner with executives on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role supports the growth trajectory of a fast-moving, technology-enabled business.

Responsibilities include building scalable financial processes, delivering data-driven insights, and collaborating with global teams to drive long-term value and shareholder returns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally at a global, technology-focused company.
• Experience with forecasting and accounting ERPs (OneStream and Maconomy a plus).
• Demonstrated history of working with C-level, board, or senior leadership teams.
• Keen attention to detail and financial data accuracy.
• Revenue-first mindset balanced by understanding working capital, FCF, and EBITDA for a scaling business.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast across long-term, annual, quarterly, and ad hoc budget cycles.
• Translate business needs into financial data for stakeholders.
• Communicate business outcomes through financial insights.
• Streamline processes with tools to improve visibility and team efficiency.
• Develop and champion KPIs aligned to the business.
