Job summary

Willis Global, based in Miami, seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting and analysis for US entities. You will own month-end close, statutory accounts, audits, forecasts and cash flow, collaborating with the Group HQ in the UK.

Travel regionally as needed. The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and excellent communication with non-financial teams to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive finance management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with statutory accounting including audits and close.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and commercial insight.
• Excellent data interpretation and actionable recommendations.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, controls and performance management.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US statutory accounts and oversee audits.
• Create monthly management accounts and forecasts.
• Develop budgets and financial plans with regional leadership.
• Produce cash flow and working capital reports; manage treasury.
• Ensure financial processes, records and reporting accuracy.
