B&H Worldwide, a leading global aerospace logistics provider, seeks a Finance Manager in Miami to own financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for US operations. You will manage month-end closes, audits, tax compliance, and treasury, while partnering with regional leadership to drive profitability and process improvements.

This role requires extensive international finance experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication with non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive finance management experience in international environments.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and provide commercial insights to leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for US entities and oversee audit processes.
• Create monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior management; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax computations and local tax returns; implement robust financial controls.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and treasury activities; monitor working capital and purchasing controls.
• Review financial plans to identify cost reduction opportunities and maintain accurate pricing for margins.
• Suggest updates to accounting systems and processes; leverage technology to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with US leadership to drive employee engagement and team cohesion.
