Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team in Miami. The role focuses on analytical financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting to influence fleet strategy and pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate brings aviation/transportation finance experience, strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience in airline/transportation preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Strong GAAP, cost accounting and corporate finance principles.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Sage, Cube).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, fleet strategy, pricing, and long-range planning.
• Analyze variance vs budget/forecast and recommend improvements.
• Assess revenue from charters, aircraft utilization, crew costs, and fuel efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Technical Operations and Network Planning on business cases and capex.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and presentations for senior leadership.
