Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance/administrative leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent project management ability and self-motivation.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment and stay organized.
• Solid understanding of systems design and high-volume transaction processing.
• Professional ethics and a strong business-relationship orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Monthly Financial Close, including reporting, intercompany reconciliation, variance analysis, and guidance to divisions.
• Manage Month End Journal Entries, payroll entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain GAAP/IFRS-compliant financial records and forecast cash weekly.
• Lead full monthly financial forecasting and annual budgets with business reviews.
• Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable and fixed asset depreciation.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure control systems integrity.
