Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead Accounting & Reconciliation across Fixed Assets, Intragroup Accounting, and Banking Operations. You will partner with Corporate Reporting, Treasury, Tax, and Shared Services to deliver accurate, timely financial data and strong controls.

You will drive transformation projects, optimize processes, and ensure audit readiness while guiding onshore and offshore teams to meet tight close deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA/CMA encouraged.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, or financial reporting.
• 5+ years of people leadership, multiple teams or complex service relationships.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, financial close, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and banking operations.
• Ability to lead complex operations, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end service delivery, governance, controls, performance, and continuous improvement across accounting operations.
• Oversee reconciliations, period-end schedules, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive close execution, risk management, and timely corrective actions.
• Build governance routines, KPIs, escalation protocols, and clear accountability.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects and system changes.
• Develop scalable processes for transformations, legal-entity changes, and audits.
