Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Factory Controller to steward the factory’s financial governance and reporting. You will partner with the Factory Manager and Leadership Team to drive cost control, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with clear insights and risk management.

You will oversee cash flow, variance analysis, and capital investments, while coaching finance staff and ensuring compliance with NAS and costing standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in financial operations with a strong accounting background.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, NPV, IRR and ROI concepts.
• Experience with financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ability to explain drivers of product profit and loss to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven in driving change in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow and drive cost-improvement opportunities within the factory.
• Lead reporting of actuals and forecasts with timely, accurate data for stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate strategic financial initiatives for long-term value.
• Drive annual business planning and budget processes with factory leadership.
• Develop and evaluate capital investment plans, including post-implementation reviews.
• Coach finance personnel and ensure high performance and succession planning.
• Transfer knowledge of financial metrics to non-finance teams through training.
