Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Contract Manufacturing to partner with the VP of Contract Manufacturing, shaping strategy and owning forecasting, cost savings, and master data.

You will lead a small finance team, drive digital transformation with SAP and analytics, ensure robust internal controls, and deliver measurable business value across the Co‑Manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or a BA/BS degree with coursework up to and including intermediate accounting.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance, including operational or manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering & Co‑Pilot to VP: provide trusted financial advice, frame trade-offs and inform strategy.
• Cost Savings & Value Creation: deliver validated cost savings with governance and a multi-year pipeline.
• Forecasting & Decision Support: own cost of production forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Financial Delivery & Master Data: ensure month-end close rigor, BOM, and master data integrity.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: strengthen controls and ensure audits readiness.
• Digital Enablement & Transformation: lead automation and analytics adoption, SAP and Power BI improvements.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: develop the Contract Manufacturing Finance team and foster inclusion.
• Communicate effectively in written and executive presentations.
