• Senior finance executive with global, multi-dimensional business experience.
• Proven track record driving profitable growth, margin expansion and cash flow.
• Strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, capital allocation and M&A.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, global environment and influencing at executive level.
• Results‑oriented leader who translates complexity into actionable insight.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop next‑generation leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the lead finance business partner to WSS senior leadership shaping strategy and long‑term financial plans.
• Drive financial insights across outcome‑based services, rentals, and recurring revenue models.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Oversee pricing discipline, service productivity, and value‑based pricing in contracts.
• Guide capital allocation, investments, and M&A evaluation with integration focus.
• Sponsor finance transformation, including FP&A modernization and analytics.
• Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and compliance, including SOX.
• Develop a high‑performing, global finance organization and succession pipelines.
