Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive lean continuous improvement strategy for WSS.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across operational and transactional functions.
• Direct and oversee lean CI projects with strong project discipline.
• Lead a global team of CI professionals and mentor them.
• Promote best practices within the global CI community and report progress to leadership.
