Galderma is seeking an Associate Director, US Accounting & Reporting in Boston, MA. You will lead IFRS-based financial reporting, manage a 4-person US Accounting team, and oversee revenue recognition and close processes.

You will partner with global Finance, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with GAM. A CPA/CA and 8+ years in accounting, preferably in pharma or life sciences, are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Masters preferred.
• CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) required.
• Minimum 8 years progressive accounting experience; Big 4 or pharma/ life sciences background preferred.
• Deep technical accounting and financial reporting expertise; IFRS knowledge a plus.
• Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in IFRS and GAM.
• Oversee Balance Sheet reconciliations and journal entries for US entities.
• Serve as revenue recognition technical accounting lead for US Accounting team.
• Coordinate with finance partners on key estimates and IFRS judgments.
• Drive process improvements and increased automation; monitor KPIs.
• Mentor and lead 4 direct reports within US Accounting & Treasury.
