Job summary

ChaseSource, LP is seeking a hands-on VP of Finance / Controller to oversee financial operations across multiple restaurant locations. The role involves strengthening controls, managing cash flow, and overseeing outsourced accounting while delivering clear, actionable reports to the President of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience overseeing financial operations for multi-unit restaurant/franchise.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, working capital and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve vendor payments; establish dual authorization.
• Oversee outsourced accounting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor accounts payable, cash balances, and banking activity.
• Analyze restaurant-level and consolidated P&L statements.
• Coordinate with tax advisors on filings and compliance.
• Deliver actionable financial reports to executive leadership.
